StarMagic Workshops opens Language Class and Artist Registry for Summer 2019

StarMagic's premier training group StarMagic Workshops led by director-scriptwriter Rahyan Carlos leads a new class adding Conversational Tagalog Class for Non-Tagalog Speakers recommended for those willing to make the most out of their summer and explore new facets of themselves. To be taught by Weena Sadorra which aims to improve the students' Tagalog proficiency, the class will now be available to public workshoppers starting this summer.  
In order to make the intensive training a lot more exciting and conducive for learning, StarMagic Workshops will now be conducted in their newly-renovated training halls launching the Artist Registry in collaboration with ABS-CBN Production team very soon. StarMagic Workshoppers who has shown notable aptitude and impeccable discipline and passion would have the chance to be selected by Direk Rahyan and Mr. Johnny Manahan for the soon-to-launch platform aimed at providing acting opportunities within ABS-CBN shows. We want to reintroduce to the public that we are number 1 in the Philippines in terms of training for the performance arts such as acting, voice and dance,” said Direk Rahyan. “In fact we have recorded a total of 1,400 enrollees last year alone.”
Being the only certified Chubbuck-Technique teacher behind the molding of some of the most sought-after and award-winning actors of today such as Julia Barretto, Jake Cuenca, Anna Luna, EJ Falcon, Alora Sasam, Jessy Mendiola, Christian Bables, Arjo Atayde, Paulo Avelino and Joshua Garchia among others, StarMagic Summer 2019 Workshops will focus on international-grade lessons to help aspiring talents of the country today. Adult acting classes will still be handled by Carla Martinez and Rubi Rubi along with Lynette Conception, Heart De Guzman and Air Paz Pablico while the kids' acting classes are still handled by Edna Mae Landicho and HB Benitez. The dance classes are divided into three genres namely jazz funk, hiphop and urban led by Nesh Janiola of Hotlegs, Brion Lim of Manouvres Ignite and Geejay Romano, respectively. Voice classes are still going to be handled by Philippine Madrigal singer alums Luningning San Jose, Julie Anne Reyes and Roland Rolan. Those who aspire to join may start registration on March 16 and 17.
