Event: #IAmOriginal #C1Originals 2018 media launch, opens Oct12 in selected cinemas

Filipino films gain recognition worldwide and it does pay to be original. ABS-CBN's C1Originals 2018 in partnership with FDCP(Film Development Council of the Philippines) and ecommerce website www.karton.ph launched its 14th year of celebrating talents of Philippine cinema - "I am Original: C1 Originals 2018" with nine featured films, A Short History of a Few Bad Things by Keith Deligero, Double Twisting Double Back by Joseph Abello, Hospicio by Bobby Bonifacio, animated feature Paglisan by Carl Papa, Mamu and a Mother Too by Rod Singh, John Lapus' directorial debut "Pang MMK", Never Tear Us Apart by Whammy Alcazaren, Asuang by Rayn Brizuela and Bagyong Bheverlyn by Charliebebs Gohetia.
The opening film of C1 Originals 2018 features Bradley Cooper's directorial debut " A Star Is Born" featuring Lady Gaga to run in cinemas along with the nine films in competition at selected cinemas on Oct12 to 21, 2018:Trinoma, Glorietta, Santolan Town Plaza, Powerplant; in CineLokal theaters- SM North EDSA, SM Megamall, SM Manila and SM Sta.Mesa and in alternative cinemas FDCP Cinematheque Manila, UP Cine Adarna, Cinema 76, Black Maria Theater and Cinema Centenario.
