Review: A great way to hate liars at I Love You Hater #nowshowing

These days especially with too many people on social media, true people are hard to find. I've joined fellow bloggers at the red carpet premiere of Star Cinema's latest blockbuster "I Love You Hater" at Megamall last week. Starring the Queen of All Media Kris Aquino, the hottest loveteam JoshLia( Julia Barreto and Joshua Garcia) directed by Giselle Andres, the movie narrates the story of Joko(Joshua) and Zoey(Julia) competing to be the assistant of Sasha(Kris)being a social media queen. The first few minutes of the film already brought me to tears because of Zoey's fate not being recognized by father played by Ricardo Cepeda. Julia was outstanding like Joshua whose family was like most of ours today- dependent and extensive.
When Sasha(Kris) looks at her own father played by Ronaldo Valdez, it was just too hard to contain my tears. Just when I thought the movie is real comedy, I was wiping my tears the whole time. I remembered my students whose parents did not recognize them. I remember their tears when they tell me their story. Joko's change of attitude realizing the value of honesty was most significant for me. We should teach the youth today that lesson Joko learned from this movie. We should be like Sasha in a world full of Zoey and Joko. Because no matter how hard we try to hide the truth, it will always find a way to reveal itself to everyone.
