Homegrown brew is something we should patronize as a Filipino. On its 89th branch, Bo's Coffee opened its newest branches in SM Light Mandaluyong and Fairview Terraces Quezon City last Friday and Saturday. I joined fellow bloggers indulging in coffee appreciation how to make pour-over coffee from the different mountains of the country at Bo's Coffee Fairview Terraces last Saturday.
Located at the Upper Ground Floor in the middle of shops, Bo's Coffee Fairview Terraces is one stop for a quick perk-up fix boasting its very own signature blends from the mountains of Kitanglad, Benguet, Mt.Apo, Sagada and Matutum with products supporting the country's very own produce like pastries and cakes. We had a sample of their sandwiches and that delicious Supermoist Chocolate Cake (P85/slice).
