Event: Kapuso Dingdong Dantes visits Kapamilya for #onemoretry #mmff2012

Some things are worth #onemoretry. I've learned and have been inspired covering the media event when Kapuso star Dingdong Dantes visited the Kapamilya Network ABS-CBN last Tuesday promoting his latest movie entry to the Metro Manila Film Festival 2012 with Star Cinema, "One More Try". Directed by Ruel Bernal starring Angelica Panganiban, Angel Locsin and Zanjoe Marudo, Star Cinema's "One More Try" is one of the most anticipated film entry to MMFF2012.
Amusing to witness the impeccable personality of Dingdong Dantes who gladly accommodated all the questions of the press regarding the making of the film, he even mentioned how he was convinced to make "One More Try" because of Angel Locsin and how he had learned more things about his co-stars who works in ABS-CBN. From his last blockbuster "TikTik:The Aswang Chronicles", he shared to us his plans on making more films especially action-adventure genre.
When asked what his favorite scene was in the movie, he mentioned the discourse with Angelica Panganiban from the soon-to-be word-of-mouth memorable line "Ang pera natin, hindi basta mauubos, pero ang pasensya ko, konting-konti na lang". Hoping to bag the top spot high grossing film in the box office come December 25, 2012, Dingdong Dantes was humble showing gratitude for the opportunity to work with the Kapamilya Network. I had a chance to ask what similar circumstances he had made similar to his character in the movie and he answered that he had done too trivial things unlike his character and wishes never to be in the same circumstance. The movie seems to be a story of a man who needed a child which Angelica Panganiban (Jacqueline) cannot provide. Edward (Dingdong Dantes) turns to Grace (Angel Locsin) who had no choice but to be the surrogate mother out of financial crisis with her child. Was the child also his own or simply just a circumstance that Grace (Angel Locsin) had to survive?
Will Angel Locsin or Dingdong Dantes be bagging an award at the MMFF2012? I know my co-teachers and my students will watch Star Cinema's "One More Try" because we wouldn't want to miss out on memorizing those lines that will inspire the majority to drama and acting. If Direk Ruel Bernal captivated us all in "No Other Woman", he will definitely make us want to deliver the lines in "One More Try". Watch "One More Try" showing this Christmas day December 25, 2012 at all cinemas nationwide.
