Event: #24waysofeatingcrabs at Red Crab Lucky Chinatown Mall Binondo

Filipinos should have crabs not crab mentality. On its anniversary featuring the #24waysofeatingcrabs, Red Crab Alimango House opened its branch in Lucky Chinatown Mall Binondo last Friday with the advocacy of saving crabs in the country - coordinating livelihood projects in communities producing crabs.
It is a must to teach kids how crabs grow in our country and from the regions producing crabs, Davao, Roxas City and other provinces where Red Crab Alimango House gets their supply of these crustaceans, the townfolks need a lot of help to preserve their culture, tradition and means of living. The 25th way of eating crabs should be that of the thought when eating crabs at Red Crab Alimango House that all our fellow Filipinos need such boost of confidence and support.
Among all the crab dishes of the #24waysofeatingcrabs at Red Crab Alimango House, I really loved the Adobo Crabs with Buko Strips because it made the crab sweet and tasty. The texture of the crabs punctuated with such tasty sauce mixed with the dish made me want to eat more. I had to get another helping from the plate of this dish because the buko strips was fresh and really juicy.
We had crabs with Laing, Kangkong, Balut, Curry, Szechuan and salted egg salad and although Red Crab Alimango House created a hype about crabs with Crab Maritess (named after the famous Maritess Revilla) and Fidel Pepper Crabs (named after FVR- former President Fidel Ramos), I still preferred the Adobo Crabs with Buko Strips for its taste, presentation and flavor. Steamed Crabs alone will let you enjoy the quality of crabs in restaurants but Red Crabs' Adobo Crabs with Buko Strips will please all and not just the not-so-young foodie because it's not spicy and it does not contain so much veggies.
Couldn't agree with my preference? I guess you should try all 24 dishes because they are all made fresh for each time you dine at Red Crab Alimango House now open at Lucky Chinatown Mall Binondo Manila. It isn't just the crab although we would really make such effort to go to Red Crab to eat delectable crabs. It is that happy thought that Red Crab gives back compared to that crab mentality of restaurants pushing competitors down with elusive remarks. Red Crab Alimango House invites you to enjoy crabs and preserve our culture by helping the communities where they farm crabs. Enjoy the #24waysofeatingcrabs at all Red Crab Alimango House branches nationwide.
