Event: Erik Santos' Day with the Bloggers

Observe how Erik Santos sings. When the singer has gone to a level far from his origins, that's what I believe is success as a performer. Creating a name in the music industry according to the veterans is like surviving a peep hole alive with your true unique and distinct character.  The Ultimate Serenader, Erik Santos continues to captivate with his new album called, "Awit Para Sayo".
Featuring revivals and new compositions, Erik Santos has become a homegrown name for songs about love and other ballads. The singer whose eyes vividly show the emotions of the song was too friendly and down-to-earth. These and more interesting facts were unveiled during the Bloggers Day last week at Kitchen of Cakes and Coffee Tomas Morato branch, Quezon City.
As a middle child raised to become one of the dentistss in the family, he did not expect that his passion for singing will bring him fortune, fame and opportunities. Erik Santos had gone a long way from his dream. He was still polite and friendly using "po" and "opo at every sentence. He was too humble despite his achievements answering all questions of the bloggers. He will completely tell the truth including the fact that he can only articulate in Filipino although he responded to all of the queries in English. Erik Santos isn't that confident but he is smart and admirable as a public personality more than a singer. His new album, "Awit Para Sayo" released by Star Records include songs: "Di lang Ikaw"(composed by Aiza Seguerra and written and sung by Juris Fernandez";"Muling Buksan ang Puso" (composed by George Canseco); "Kulang Ako Kung Wala Ka"(from the composer of the hit song, "Kung Ako Na Lang Sana" Soc Villanueva); "Sa Iyong Paglisan" (composed by Arnold Reyes); "If You Have To" (composed by Jude Gitamondoc); "Langit" (from the composer of the hit song "Pagbigyang Muli" Jonathan Manalo); "Kailan Ka Magiging Akin" (fromt he ultimate singer-songwriter Mr.Ogie Alcasid);"Di Na Magbabago" (composed by Christian Martinez);"Sana Ikaw"(a Piolo Pascual original, composed by Lucien Letaba and Rommel Tuico);"Hanggang Kailan Kita Mamahalin"(composed by Gary Valenciano and written by Erik Santos); "Paminsan-minsan"(composed by Aaron Paul Del Rosario) and his unique rendition of "Pangarap Ko Ang Ibigin Ka"(a Regine Velasquez original, composed by Mr. Ogie Alcasid.
Whatever Erik Santos sings, it always feels so romantic, you'd reminisce all those memories of past love and love lost. I love Erik Santos songs and I love Erik Santos because he respects the mom in me. His mom must be so proud. Love Erik Santos and reminisce love all over again with Erik Santos' "Awit Para Sayo" album released by Star Records
