Event: Christian Bautista releases Outbound with the Bloggers

Christian Bautista, commended as Exemplary ASEAN Youth in the Field of Entertainment and Arts last Nov. 20, 2011 by the National Youth Commission, MalacaƱang hopes to share more of his talents despite the numerous laurels on his shoulder as one of Philippines' pride. I was fortunate to have participated in Christian Bautista's first Bloggers' Conference yesterday at the Universal Records office.
I have loved his songs especially those included in the 4x Platinum award winning album Romance Revisited: The Love Songs of Jose Mari Chan. I have also watched him in The Kitchen Musical with Karylle and I have always admired him perform in ASAP and other shows. Talented, witty and truly intelligent, Christian Bautista continues to amaze me with his endeavors. Popular in Asia and other parts of the globe, he collaborated music with some of the most respected celebrities like Grammy-nominated musician Jim Brickman, K-Pop R&B trio One Way, Rain and 2NE1.
It was hard to control my laughter because of his gags and jokes answering to some of the bloggers' questions during the conference. At the end of the interview, I was really captivated with his voice and the lyrics of "I'm Already King" from the Outbound album. Included also in the album are songs he collaborated with some of the producers he met and worked with from the US, Korea, Japan, Singapore and Indonesia.

His new music video with Alodia Gosiengfiao, "All That's Left" is a composition of Tat Tong (his co-star from The Kitchen Musical) along with "Unphotographable". Tat Tong also contributed "What Can I Do" and George Michael's "Faith" which Christian sang in solo in The Kitchen Musical
"Never Far Away" is a collaboration with Jim Brickman, "Wrong Number" with K-Pop R&B Trio One Way, and my favorite song "I'm Already King" with Indonesian songwriter Satrio. He also collaborated with Avex Japan's amazing Baby M for the lovely duet "Sakura". I wonder who'd he pick next since he had always featured the most beautiful showbiz personalities in his music videos like Anne Curtis, Georgina Wilson, Solenn Heusaff and Angel Locsin ("Beautiful Girl"), Cristine Reyes ("I remember the Girl"), Paula Taylor ("Tell Me Your Name"), Carmen Soo ("Afraid For Love To Fade"), Angelica Panganiban ("Nakaraang Pasko") and Sarah Geronimo ("Please Be Careful With My Heart").
Christian Bautista continues to make Filipinos proud with his exceptional talent and music. He and his music made me want to fall in love again and I'm so happy to have met him personally. Thanks to OrangeMagazineTV.com!
