I had an early Merry Christmas winning the Coca-Cola Christmas Box Surprise in the raffle draw at the Coca-Cola Christmas Caravan and Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony held last Saturday night at the Araneta Center, Cubao.
First, we had an opportunity to meet Santa and take photos while waiting to ride Coca-Cola's Happiness Bus. It really felt Christmas with all the decors and the cheers of people who entertained us in the Coca-Cola Christmas Caravan.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was officiated by the Kapuso and Kapamilya stars who are recently revealed as the new Coca-Cola ambassadors; Kathryn Bernardo, Joseph Marco, Julia Montes, Enchong Dee, Empress Schuck, Jessy Mendiola, Aaron Villaflor, Kris Bernal, Rocco Nacino, Steven Silva, Sef Cadayona, Diva Montelaba, Barbie Fortaleza, Joshua Dionisio and Glaiza De Castro.
After the new Coca-Cola ambassadors, we had a chance to experience the Happiness Bus. It was a film showing of the new Coke commercial in 4D. It felt like going to a theme park and it was truly magical with the breeze of the Coca-Cola Christmas Happiness followed by a tour to the next room where they showed the history of Coke commercials in the Philippines. They also have on display the costumes the celebrities used for the music video of Coca-Cola through the years including Lilet's VHS tape of the Coke's commercial in the 80's and Sharon and Gary V's costume. We were taught how to dance the new Coca-Cola Happiness and were given a chance to pose as a commercial endorser at the end of the tour. The end of the tour was the refreshing Coke in the new Kasama bottle ice-cold that really quenched my thirst.
The feast started with Bibingka, BBQ, Siopao, Pizza, Siomai and other treats before the Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony with Coke officials and the mayor of Quezon City, Hon. Herbert Bautista.
After the dance and song performances of the Kapuso and Kapamilya stars, I was surprised to have won the Coca-Cola Christmas Box in the raffle draw. Enchong Dee together with Shamsey Supsup and the celebrities assisted me opening the surprises in the box. I joined the stage with fellow blogger friend from OrangeMagazineTV.com's Jeman Villanueva and another media friend. It was an early Christmas Noche Buena with lots of goodies including two Timex watches which my son was too happy to have. You can actually win more with Coca-Cola's Christmas Box.
