Event: Ms. Nana Ozaeta is the new Editor-in-Chief of Food Magazine; The Stock Market introduces new menu

More reasons to love Food in Food Magazine. Ms. Anna Marie "Nana" Otaeza was introduced as the new Editor-in-Chief of Food Magazine, the Philippines' Largest Selling Culinary Magazine by ABS-CBN Publishing Inc. yesterday at The Stock Market in Bonifacio High Street, BGC,Taguig Metro Manila to media and selected special guests. Present in the event were the staff of the Food Magazine and founders who have helped made the said magazine popular and best-selling through these years.
It was also the same event when The Stock Market launched their new "delightfully fresh" dishes made fresh and flavorful. Starters including the Almond Chicken Tenders are delicious chicken strips, moist on the inside but with a perfect crunch from the almond coating. 
Media and selected guests were also given a sample of their delectable Sassy Spring Roll - crispy egg roll stuffed with tuna, spinach, onion, cream cheese served with vegetable crudites, sour cream and chives; Southern Chicken Burger-herbed flavor chicken fillet, smoked turkey, provolone cheese, crispy onion rings, and nacho flakes served with fries; 
Penne Pasta - Basil cream sauce served over penne pasta topped with parmesan flakes, chicken strips, broccoli and fresh arugula and the wonderful ending of La Sorbonne - a delightful duo of banana, mango and Hershey's chocolate syrup.
It was merienda but it filled like a whole meal especially with the serving of the La Sorbonne.
The Stock Market under the management of The Bistro Group of Restaurants (operator of premier casual dining restaurant chains, TGIFriday's, Italliani's, Fish & Co., Flapjacks, Krazy Garlik, Pig Out and Billy Rock) continues to introduce their new array of dishes.
They now have the Pacific Cove Salad - a cool blend of seafood and fresh fruits in special house dressing; Harvest Salad - crisp mix of romaine lettuce with candied walnuts, fresh fruits tossed with pineapple vinaigrette dressing;
Carbonara - using vegetable fetuccine smothered in a cream-based sauce mixed with prosciutto, mushrooms and fresh organic egg; 
Texan BBQ Chicken - a "fall-off-the-bone" tender chicken meat served with lightly seasoned skewered vegetables and rose herbed rice; 
Pork Tenderloin Madness along with other main courses, Country Style Pork Ribs, Seared Salmon, Chilean Bass Royale and Chicken Surprise - chicken roulade stuffed with shrimp mousse and served with sauteed spinach, saffron sauce and green tea rice;
English Style Pudding - soft bread filled with raisin, pine nut, orange, caramel, cinnamon served with fruit ice cream. 
The event introducing Ms. Nana Otaeza as the new Editor-in-Chief of Food Magazine truly exemplified the new outlook of the publication letting readers and foodies appreciate what food passion is about - by indulging in various gastronomic delights brought by the new The Stock Market. It made me rekindle appreciation of fresh herbs in dishes and delightful mix of fruits and vegetables like never before.
