I am a Globe subscriber for 12 years now and I love living without limits. I've just attended Globe's relaunch of the New Tattoo last night at the Ronac Arts Center, San Juan City attended by celebrities and the media.
Globe's designs have evolved to youthful, stylish and hip and in collaboration with Team Manila, famous designers Rhett Eala and Rajo Laurel and the new Globe Tattoo Ambassador, Saab Magalona joining the Cosplay Queen of the Philippines, Alodia Gosiengfiao, The "Anti-It Girl", Sarah Gaugler, Running Coach Rio Dela Cruz, All-girl rock band, General Luna and Tech blogger, Rico Mosesgeld.
Directed by the famous Robbie Carmona and hosted by Joey Mead and RJ Ledesma, the event featured the introduction of the new Tattoo Sticks. I still use the Globe Tattoo Stick since it was first launched in 2009 and to my surprise, despite the recent launches of new Tattoo Sticks, the speed lived up to my expectations. It still delivers a punch at speeds up to 2mbps letting me connect with the world anywhere. I've brought and blogged using my Globe Tattoo from Pagudpud to Palawan since then and it never failed me.
The event introduced the Tattoo MyFi, perfect for the life of the party with its wifi sharing capabilities. Either plug into your USB port like the Tattoo Stick or turn it on for instant wireless connection of up to five gadgets (up to 2mbps speed). This would really be great when working with groups or simply doing projects outdoors or in a small office. With the MyFi, you can get your superfriends closer and accomplish school or business projects together anywhere.
They also introduced the most powerful Tattoo Superstick which takes what the MyFi offers but with the fastest connection of up to 3mbps. Postpaid subscribers get something extra out of the deal with a monthly gift of 200 free texts. Of course you need the new Tattoo Broadband SIM, now available at all outlets and malls nationwide.
Globe also offers Postpaid Tattoo subscription with three versatile plans. The Globe Tattoo @Home Broadband plans introduced are; The Globe Tattoo WiMax with speed up to 1mbps as low as P795/month, The Globe Tattoo DSL for downloading, blogging and gaming with speed of up to 3mbps and Globe Tattoo Torque which speeds up to 100mbps to cover all our internet needs.
While eating the scrumptious buffet by Cibo, the event made me realize how Globe is making all things possible for schools and teachers like me. Now my students have no reason for not being able to read my required online articles and accomplish writing tasks submitted online because they can now use the new Globe Tattoo Sticks available everywhere. It also gave me ideas how to connect with the internet with my friends on out-of-town trips. Globe has indeed proven to be unlocking the gate of possibilities with the internet. The event gave me more ideas how to prescribe particular tasks, surf, share and influence more lives with Globe Tattoo Mobile Broadband and Globe Tattoo @Home Broadband. I love living without limits!
