Marriot Cafe's Ocean's Surf seafood buffet at P1750++ is a heavenly feast

You'd get your money's worth at the Marriott Cafe's Ocean's Surf seafood buffet. I've tried so many buffet in hotels and restaurants but you'd recall only a few dishes you'd like the most after the whole dinner. Here's why you should try the Ocean's Surf:
1. The variety of seafood and choices changes everyday. The Ocean's Surf buffet is served only on weekends (Friday and Saturday) and considering they serve different food everyday, you'd not want to miss what they'd offer the next day. Loaded with irresistible line up of fresh starters on ice such as rock lobster, oysters, clams, shrimps, and seafood salad, it is bound to be a thrilling weekend feast. Gorge everything fresh or with exciting twist from the chefs to kick off the experience.  Move on to the hot section and explore the finest seafood selections in all forms and sizes, blanched in sumptuous shell fish broth complemented with delectable dips and sauces. For pasta lovers, let the expert chefs whip up a tasty seafood pasta dish or satiate the palate with certified pasta recipes such as the stuffed ravioli with shrimps or homemade tortellini with tuna mousse.
2. They will cook the food just the way you like it. There are some prepared in international standards like those crabs in New York style kebabs and Japanese sushi but most would be enticed to get the Sinigang version of all available seafood choices.

3. The chef will amuse you of different ways to enjoy seafood every night. Chef Meik Brammer of Marriott Hotels does not just look adorable and accommodating, he attends to diners checking if the food is enjoyed. He was so charming and entertaining preparing his "Drunken Shrimps" last night with raw shrimps in rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, green mangoes and greens and Bacardi. He showed us all how to eat it and I was surprised to enjoy the raw shrimps in Chef Meik's delectable sauce and veggies.
4. They also serve meat and all those most diners would prefer like vegan so the picky eaters can join their family and friends to Ocean's Surf. From gourmet seafood treat, pump up the feastful indulgence with big slabs of beef and lamb slices from the carving station and other delicious options from the rotisserie.  Swing by at the Chinese Station for authentic dimsums, pork barbeque, marinated chicken, Beijing style duck and be delighted with an aquarium filled with live shrimps.
5. You'd not want to miss the selection of dessert. From the gushing chocolate fountain to all those wonderful cakes, the selection of Italian Gelato would be a heavenly experience to everyone. You'd not want to miss the Bailey's Ice Cream of Marriott Cafe.
6. The price is really affordable and competitive to most offered in seafood restaurants and you'd have more choices of seafood and more choices of gourmet selection to enjoy in Marriott Cafe. No need to worry on the weight of the seafood cooked at your plate because you need not be surprised what price to pay having to feast on all those food because the price is affordable at P1750++ net per person.

Here's what I've had in my plate:
The Bailey's, Ruby Tuesday and Maracaibo Ice Cream sprinkled with pistachio and hazelnuts was my last choice with a cup of brewed coffee when I have had a taste of everything they've offered and it felt like heaven after gorging on all those food.
