Since, Josiahs wanted to indulge the party planners right from the start of the evening Head Chef Jasper Versoza prepares his creations of Smoked Salmon Tartare with Roasted Pepper and Shallot Relish, Sauteed Manila Clams in White Wine and Paprika, and French Ox Tripe Tart for the Amuse Bouce,.

Meanwhile, salad lovers will delight in the lush taste of Caramelized Tomato Salad with Grilled Brie, Duck Confit, Mixed Berries and Balsamic Dressing while enjoying the exotic taste of Spanish Chorizo and Chickpea Soup with Basil Oil and Ciabatta Bread.

Chilean Sea Bass Sous Vide served with Sautéed Fresh Mushrooms and Tomato Orange Sauce
For the hot appetizer, Josiah’s Catering serves Chilean Sea Bass Sous Vide served with Sautéed Fresh Mushrooms and Tomato Orange Sauce. Soon after, each guests’ taste buds will be tickled by the Moroccan Mint Tea sherbet before they indulge in the main course of Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks in Red Wine Reduction, Marsala and Truffle Sauce, Green Pea Risotto, Fresh Button Mushrooms, and Figs Compote.

The sweet finale
A 9-course meal will not be complete without cheese which comes in the form of Pistachio Crusted Camembert with Strawberry Salsa and desserts which are Dark Chocolate Almond Cake with White Chocolate Crème Brulee and Raspberry Sauce. The dinner ends with Coffee or Tea with Petit Fours which is French Macarons, Praline Puff, Pistachio Cake and Moka Cake.
