Event: NASSPHIL holds Student Leaders Congress in Baguio City

1st place in Talent, 1st place in Extemporaneous Speaking and two 3rd places in Essay Writing of our Lagro High School campus journalists convinced me that going to Baguio was worth the trip and the expenses. For why the NASSPHIL was ever created against the existing organizers of Student Leaders Congress is not of my utmost interest at present because the mere existence and the new Secretary of DepEd signed the said memorandum allowing the conduct of the said student leaders congress despite the previous organization's activities.
This is supposed to be a national competition but the number of participants were smaller than that of our annual Regional Secondary Schools Press Conference.

At least, I was able to get a snapshot of the new Secretary, Bro. Armin Luistro with my campus journalists.
