I want to get married in the Autumn at Josiah's Catering

Who wouldn't want to dine in these wedding reception themes?
I bet you'd surely want to get married with Josiah like Rica Peralejo and Vandolph Quizon not just because of the themes; winter, spring, autumn, summer. You would want to get married with Josiah because of the food.
Josiah's Catering invited prospective couples and food bloggers to food tasting at 1Esplanade last Saturday, April 24, 2010. The event started with cocktails at the lobby with sashimi topped with sesame seeds on a bed of sweet wasabi gelatin and three layered pate on bread toast.
I caught Chef Jasper and interviewed him about his inspiration on his creations.
The Grand Food Tasting dishes were inspired by the four seasons to not just amuse the wedding reception but all prospective clients in all types of events the said catering service offers. We started with the 4 seasons of soup ( Tomato Gazpacho, Wild Mushroom, Cilantro Pumpkin and Spicy Capsicum) served with bread station and flavored butter. I chose the Tomato Gazpacho because it's my favorite and I was so happy after having a spoon of the four choices.
I was also happy having a taste of this shrimp in orange juice cocktail.
They also served salad station tossed on the spot in oriental dressing, low-fat ranch dressing and raspberry vinaigrette to toppings of your choice: feta cheese, bacon bits, black and green olives.
The hot buffet dishes were: Roasted Coffee Crusted Pork Loin with guava-glazed and roasted vegetables, Chunky Shepard's Pie with vegetable and puff pastry crust, Salt-Crusted Whole Pink Salmon with Caramelized Fennel and Dill Cream with Lemon Butter Sauce, Coq Au Vin (French Chicken Stewed in Red Wine, Herbs and Vegetables), Sugar Glazed Carrots and Sweet Potatoes, Truffles Mashed Potato and Mushroom Risotto.
I had some of each and i was not just filled, I was so happy with the taste and the preparation. The buffet  de chocolat dessert consisted of these chocolate mousse in a cup, cakes varieties and that wonderful fruit crepe topped with vanilla ice cream in chocolate sauce.
I really want to get married with Josiah! I want to get married in the Autumn Theme with Josiah's Catering because of the food.
